- Follow-up on the effects
- Lifestyle Recommendations: advice on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and

- Do the recommended blood, saliva or urine hormone test 2 months after reaching your steady state dose
- Hormone dosing: discussing adjustments according to the hormone test results
- Once stable, we meet every 6-12 months for hormone level testing and adjustments
