This will help determine your current hormone levels and guide the creation of your personalized treatment plan. I can provide you with the necessary lab order forms.
- Hormone Balancing Plan (Follow-up Consultation, 345-60 minutes) Based on your blood test results and our consultation, I will create a personalized hormone balancing plan for you. This may include:
- Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT): I may recommend BHRT in the form of creams or capsules to help restore your hormone balance. These cost around 40-80eur per month.
- Lifestyle Recommendations: I will provide tailored advice on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene to support your hormonal health.
- Follow-up Plan: We will discuss a follow-up plan, including regular check-ins to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.
